I have been working as a facilitator and coach across cultures and industries for almost 20 years. My main interest has always been discovering new perspectives that allow us to understand each other and cooperate with compassion. Over the last years, my work has increasingly involved mindfulness. For me, mindfulness is an essential capacity to help us stay healthy and flourish in our fast-paced and complex environment. I teach meditation in a down-to-earth and pragmatic way. I am currently researching ‘Mindfulness in the Workplace’ as part of my doctoral thesis at the University of Oxford, UK.
